I could be way off here, but he kind of reminds me of Sylvester Stallone, especially with the whole eye thing.
You know, there is a part in Over the Hedge where Hammy (the squirrel played by Steve Carell) gets all crazy and does that eye thing...other than that, I have no idea! What's the answer?
