We are on our first family vacation in Storm Lake, Iowa! The picture below is the view from our balcony here at King's Pointe Resort. We're having a great time and Stevie is being so good. We are actually here for the Western Iowa Synod's annual Fall Theological Convocation, but it feels a lot like a vacation because it's a pretty laid back event. We've met a lot of great people which makes us feel all the more grounded and at home here in Western Iowa. Stevie's friend Marilyn is here with her parents, Adam and Karen Dichsen. We're going out to dinner with them tonight and then Stevie and Marilyn are going to splash around in the bath together. Woo-Hoo!
