Steve's Grandpa Leo and Grandma "D" recently returned from a trip to Leo's ancestral home, Los Herreras, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Leo's Father, Santana Sanchez still lives there (pictured below) Los Herreras is a small, very charming town out in the middle of nowhere, but only about a two hour drive from Monterrey. Tumbleweeds actually still blow through the streets. This picture below, is a special one...as you can see Santana is holding a picture of Steve. This picture now sits on the dresser in Santana's bedroom. Though it seems unlikely we truly hope that Steve will get to meet his Great Grandfather in person someday.
